I've been advised to learn c++, kotlin, HTML and Java script to be successful in web and app development. Is this good advise?

Hi, i recommend you focus on only one of these languages at same time. If you want to do Web development, then HTML+CSS and JavaScript or PHP are good. If you want to develop apps, i recommend C#, because C++ is harder to learn.
