If I want to start Blogging, then how much program language Should I learn? Anybody help me please

Learning wordpress is more than enough to start blogging.

If you want to make a well working blog with all features that a blog should have : You should learn the following languages :

1) HTML - To make the structure of your blog ( Check the HTML tab of the code you have included )

2) CSS - To style the website (Check the CSS tab of the code you have included)

3) JS - To make your website interactive (Check the js tab of the code)

3) Backend (PHP, node.js, etc) - To make your website dynamic. (The code you've included is actually static.)
