Can i hide the area using css?

I start design a HTML template
But the problem is when I use this template in android there is an selected area when I click
If there is a css code for hide this area.
My wish is make this template like an Android app not a HTML template...

I don't get your question clearly..
But using a id in css
You can use display:none property to hide .
