Is HTML worth learning?

Looking to learn web dev, i’m aware python may be better. When I looked it up, some said no and some said yes

If you want a better website you have to learn html and CSS and js basicly

That's my opinion because Microsoft, Apple and Google still use this 3 language not python

Because they know it's better

You can use flask and django frameworks for python to make websites as well.
