Binary

If 0 binary is equal to 0-1volt and 1 binary is to 2-5volts, how does computer store 0 binary if it hasn't no voltage?and how computer registers 0 binary, does it count pause between 1's or other?

This is a bit related to electronics rather than computer science, if a comuter detects a potential difference of 0(from 0-2) and it uses flip flops in order to store the values, you can read more about the working of flip flop by googling it, registers are made by joining several flip flops.

Some time to understand it with very deep we need to know about the quantum effect of the chemistry by the way most advanced quantum computer uses just the advance of quantum nature of electrons. So in the whole world everything thing is just because of motion of subatomic particles mainly electrons whether it is a compiled program or a programmer 😀. So you need to study the nature of silicon for that . It is quite long to explain here. So I am providing you a link to understand it. https://medium.com/coderscorner/what-exactly-is-in-a-1-bit-of-digital-memory-d5395f9001a6
