When should we jump to other programming languages,any criteria??
When should i jump on c++ as im learning c and almost completed it??

If I was reasonable, I would make that decision purely based on what you personally want to code, since every language comes with its own field of application.
If you want to learn something else anyway for whatever reason, you can basically do this at any point, given you find a way not to confuse yourself.
I recommend two things:
1.) Only learn in language B what you have *firmly* understood in language A.
2.) While you do it, always be attentive for the differences. 'Ah, in A it's done like this, but here in B...' That way, by contrasting, you can even enhance your learning effect.
However, C and C++ are so related, that you'll have little problems. There's a lot of overlap.

well its not easy to master any language and it takes lots of patience and time.
switching language doesn't mean that you should learn completely a whole language, it's just your requirement.
and for c to c++ the very core concept introduction is done, in c++ that is OOPs, which will further help you to understand other oop based languages and accordingly further you can narrow down the language preference based on your requirement
