How can go back before the change I’ve made in PyCharm?

So...
I accidentally erased all of my code lines on my python project on PyCharm and I really need to go back before that but I don’t know how and if it’s even possible.

If u didn't close PyCharm, you can undo by using shortcut :
Ctrl + Z

I don't think its possible to recover those lines if you have closed the PyCharm window!
