Should I learn webdesign in a company?

Hey guyz, a question, should i go to a company and work in the weekend there for learn to be a good webdesigner, to learn structur, do projects, etc.. Or can I learn things at home learning by doing? What is your oppion guyz?

I think it's a good idea to learn at home but if you aren't lazy :)

up to you, in my opnion you can learn webdesign here and in a company, you'll learn more thing about that but it will not difficult because you have a base already .

Complete these web courses first as they will set you up for the basics then I would definitely take the opportunity to volunteer at a web dev team to get some extra knowledge and start building a network of people to bounce off of.
