because i can't run a php code from sublime text

I am trying to do the hello world script from my sublime text editor but when I run the program in the browser the hello world text does not come out.

Because PHP need server to run , simply opening on web browser won't work so you need to create your own local server. There are xampp,mamp,wamp for this type of local server environment.
