Selección varios archivos misma extensión Python

Hola, necesitaria saber cómo puedo seleccionar varios archivos con una misma extensión dentro de un directorio.
No logro entender cómo hacerlo en Python.

Ok, thank Infinity , I asked how I add some archives which same extension inside a folder to "import"
For example, I need to work with a lot of .txt and I need to import into my own software designed on Python, to work in console and extract some datas of this .txt.
