What is the prime deference between a PC software and Android software????

I can't run Android software in PC..

PC and Android software are designed on the base of hardware capabilities. PC are More powerful than mobile like battery in the PC are powerful than mobiles, so In PC you need to care about memory Consumption while making an application. Where in Android you need to Care about power consumption and effect on batteries life by application. But that doesn't mean Mobile's have powerful processing speed than PC.

In PC you are using Mac, Windows, Linux etc.

In mobiles you are using android.
