How to change the view of buttons in Android studio if I need it in vertical then what will be the coding by using Java

You can do it easily using XML but if you want to change it during runtime then you can use Java.
A better solution I would suggest that you can use 2 buttons and make other one invisible then you can make it visible using Java like
button.setVisibility(true);
