If you want to advertise code name it public ,if you want to insert code in question or anywhere see the + sign

When you post, you can use a green (+) button and add links to codes or posts.
Also, if you enter your code there will be a Share button next to the tricolon menu under which you can find "Share" option. You can either copy the link or share it externally.
