For connecting database to a webpage...You can use Php programming language with Mysql database..also you can use Python & MongoDb..

Actually PHP is server side programming language which takes your data from Inputs fields and then save it into database which you have created by MySql...

But Google Blogger gives you built-in database...So if your site is develop by Blogger...Just use build-in Database

otherwise You can connect your database to website by using PHP
