As a beginner, Having knowlwdge of html, css, js, php, sql,I want to learn to use a framework to create web apps easily, as a BEGINNER, which framework should I start with

Angular/Vue if you like JavaScript, Symfony/Laravel for PHP. In my opinion Symfony 5 is very easy to start with and well documented.
