What is the best coding language to first learn? Also, if different, what’s the best coding language is the best to use?

There is no 'best' programming language 🙃 It mainly depends on your goals. If you want to go to web development, you should learn HTML, CSS, one or more of (JS, PHP, Python) and then some databases and frameworks. If you want to become a *coder* it makes sense to start with Python, Ruby or C. To become an software engineer it's better to start with the concepts of object orientation, what is quite good supported by Java.
