How to use bootstrap on my phone

I often use my phone for coding so I was wondering on how I can use bootstrap in my offline project. How can I link it to my html index file. Thanks a lot.

Use Termux application, Acode (code editor), expo (for react native)
and Knowing Linux commands will be easier.
