well it isn't going to be php for android apllications

tbh I don't code java but I've heard that is used for coding applications
c sharp and ++ and even c are used for game dev
php is server side
probaly be able to code apps with python

Look into tbh I would go with Java but I'm more passionate about mcl

I've used both Java and Kotlin for both Windows and Android. I prefer Kotlin, but my choice is based on my coding style. Yours should be based on yours. C# is designed for Windows so likely is the best choice for powerful there.
