Question

Write a program that simulates an electronic election process.the program asks for user to choose who they want to vote for it.it should keep asking until a special value is entered signifying the end of the voting process.there are three valid candidates;a,b,c.any other input should be considered to be wrong and the user should be asked to re-enter their choice.when the voting process is over,the program should determine the total number of voters,the number of votes for each candidate,and the winner and runner up.
