Problem with sending messages!!

Question

I am not able to send msgs to anyone and not even the groups. I have tried all the methods like reboot, uninstall and then install again, reload, etc etc etc.
Please help me! The error msg of "The message wasn't sent!" always comes when I try to send a msg. Is anyone facing a problem similar to this? Although I am able to post codes, comments etc. This problem occured around 15-16 hours ago. I have checked my network connection too! I have also read many questions similar to this but still I am not able to send any message even after trying the solutions many times! I have uninstalled and installed this app again for 2 times!!
When will this problem be solved?

Namit Jain moderators can't fix the issue as it's sololearn developer works, we can forward the message to developers but for this issue it's most appropriate to write an mail at [e-mail] with your device information like model number, android version, firmware and describe the messanger issue to them as it's issue is related to device configuration which different for person to person. They will look into the issue and try to solve that soon. May be the new update is broke something for some device compatibility which can be fix once you share the above information via mail.

Namit Jain Long press on the sl icon in your phone.
2. A pop up would appear........
3. You can see several things for eg:- duplicate app, settings, etc
4. Click on settings
5. At the bottom part , there is an option clear data.
6. Click on clear data.
7. You will see two options - clear data, clear cache
8. Click on clear cache......

(Works only for me don't know whether it will work for you or not)

The same thing is happening to me, I cannot send messages or reply to those who sent me and I've been like this for several hours 😔😔

Whenever you tried to send messages it must be showing pending 😆😆😆😆😆.
It happened with me yesterday but what I did was I went to the settings and cleared all the caches and it started working again. Secondly this new update of Sololearn has entirely made the server down who haven't updated yet aren't facing this difficulty

How to solve?
1. Clean your app caches inside your phone settings,

2. If you've installed the last update of the app, uninstall and reinstall it.

3. If you still have the same problem, uninstall it and install an older version (May or even April ). on Apkpure for eg

Namit Jain it would be so good if they disabled it completely but the point is some people can send msgs and some can't so all I am doing is staring at the texts and can't reply

It's three days since it's happening with me..

I reinstalled the app.
I cleared cache.
Still i face the same.. Now I'm leaving groups

3.2, 3.1.2 and 3.2.1
But none of them are solving my problem, so atlast I updated SoloLearn to the latest version!
Can you pls tell which version are you talking about!! So that I can try that too

Download and install a previous version of Sololearn and it will work , i can send messages even when my network is slow 🙂
