React Native will create truly native apps that are cross-platform. If you want an hybrid app use Ionic framework.

Note: you may read it in the internet that Ionic requires Angular. That is no longer true of recent updates

Nihat Nalçakan Any modern framework is good. I use Symfony. Other popular modern frameworks include Express, Sinatra and Django. It depends on the language you are most familiar with. In my case, PHP.
