Please tell me why light IDE is not good. Please enlight me on the difference between light and dark IDE. Thanks

I'm a young programmer (still learning) and i use the light python IDE to practice my coding. and I did'nt see anything wrong with it. Just today I saw a programmer posted that light IDE is a programmer's worst fear. Truly I don't get it and so I'm prompted to ask.

I myself also use the light theme on my IDE. But if you work on a code for a really long time, i.e. really for hours, the dark theme is much more relaxing for the eyes.

Because we are all children of the dark... And because it hurts less if you're spending a lot of time between a couple of displayed and there are even some medical studies, which are indicating a lack of foresight from reading black on white. Sure easily to find via Google.
