You could use Pygame or Tkinter.
Which is up to you but I would recommend Tkinter because it is very very beginner friendly and it comes pre-installed with python.
You could make a button in just 4 lines:
from tkinter import *
root = Tk()
Button(root,text='i love python').pack()
root.mainloop() # or mainloop()
