Doesn't Sololearn save progress if not subscribed to PRO membership?
I lost all progress from Yesterday though I am logged in and I am not very pleased with losing the progress!

I don't think so. It's not like that.
Might be There is problem in your device or connection. Try:-
Using airplane mode or reboot your phone.
Or
Try it in a different device.
If it doesn't fixes, you can report the bug to info@sololearn.com.
