HTML is case insensitive.
Whether you input in in capital letters or small letters you will get the same output.

For example-
<svg> and <SVG> are Same :)

Not necessarily, html is case insensitive, i.e. capital or small letters don't make a difference.

The tag names themselves should be in lowercase. Attribute names are also lowercase. The content between two tags can be in capital letters, if it's indicated by its type (e.g. headings are often in capital letters). But that completely depends on what you like and has nothing to do with any convention.
