it depend of what you wanna do if you wanna learn front end development start with html+css+javascript and if u wanna back end you can learn php java python or ruby all this just to start a journey to becam a web developer

If you want to work on the web start with HTML I would not worry about front end or back end yet until you get some experience

Start with python, then go to Django, that is written in python..html, css and JavaScript.. or Ruby instead of Python/Django combination
