[SOLVED] Css not reflecting when hosting site

Question

Hi I'm kinda new to coding and have gone through the basics. I tried to host a static site I made, it worked but my css didnt reflect atall and I dont know what to do

Where you added your CSS in the HTML file or Created a Seperate CSS file
