What C# Or Java Code is Used best for gaming

I use unity 3d and C# to make my games what is the best moduel?

Hi. The first thing is that Java and JavaScript are not the same. I don't know which one is the better one. I think C# has a higher reputation, but I personally prefer JavaScript, seems more intuitive.
