Am I the only one experiencing this?
For the past three weeks,I've been unable to send private message..some suggested I verify my acc which I did when I opened my acc,I had to change my mail so I could re-verify it,still my messages are not still working... pls is their any other thing I can do?

Which sololearn version do you use? The latest is 3.4.4 (10.07.2020)

It might be your network problem. Yes many of them were facing this problem but now I think its solved

This has been a problem for many people since many days. I personally didn't run into this problem, but an update did come on June 30th (which said that they did some bug fixes). What you can do is, see if your app is up-to-date, and if it is, wait, because the SL team already knows about this

XXX after I changed my mail and re-verified my acc i updated my app it is still the same,like you said i'll wait since it not a new problem
