You dont need a peice of paper to become a python dev. Just practice practice. And keep practicing. Sololearn has a data science lesson plan too... so get learnin!

Go all the way through the python lesson and make sure youre comfortable with it. You may need to look at a few external sources as well. After that, I'd move on to data science, and then (if youre interested) ML.

Yes of course! I know it sounds cheesy, but you can really do most things if you really put your mind to it. Not that it will be easy, but if you really want something it doesnt really matter the difficulty right? Starting with python is great, very user friendly. Just keep learning and never give up man.
