Question

i finished learning HTML5 and i practiced it alot, i am working on javascript and css.
i wanted to know that when i finished javascript and css(probably after a year),
can i start the PHP language ? or i need some basics before that ?
i would be grateful if anybody answer.

Yes you can learn php easily without even thinking of any basics before it except html and css and check this thread also
