TypeScript won't run

I'm using Bury's library and set it up in the playground. Why isn't it printing? I don't know what I've done wrong

You can add the attribute "defer'" to both rawgit.com... scripts or can put both scripts in between the body tags. Whichever you prefer.

I think the environment does not support
