Question about adding links to SoloLearn code

I was wondering if you need to make a code public in order for someone to be able to see it. For example, this code I did not make public, but can you access it in the link below?

Yes we can access it but other user cannot see it in code playground
they have to go to your profile to see , upvote and comment on your private code

Yes we can access it but it's not public so it can't be seen in code section,

If you are posting here u are making it public though you kept it private.

Since it is still set private it can't be seen in the code playground
