You can use Windows Form Application (C#) to do this kind of project. But I would suggest to use Html because you are making a web based project.
Web programming is easier than object oriented programing.

but my friend Cyrus we have create app and I am the coding incharge and head of my group and if I say to friends and teacher to not to create app we should create web so after all this no would like to take in his or her project and my reputation will become down in school
