Pros: You can have every domain you want except for those that are already occupied

Cons: You have to pay for it

2. Use a hosting platform, like 🇮🇳Vivek🇮🇳 mentioned. I personally like to use https://www.heroku.com/, or https://repl.it (that's a website where you can code in all languages and if you make the repl public, you can just copy the link)

Pros: Free, all you have to do is to create an account

Cons: You'll have some unwanted words in the URL (for example repl.it/yourusername/nameofyourproject) and you can send the link to anyone you want, but it won't be displayed after searching (so it's accesible only from the link)
