does the classical "hello world" count? If you learn any language and don't begin with hello world you'll be cursed and won't learn properly. hahaha just kidding :D

Lua. I made a little car game too, very simple some months later using Löve 2D engine. Now, I'm trying Python

@leaky egg I also used Qbasic to code! brings back memories!

a menu for my games written in basic on a 386 ms dos machine back in the 90s. simply a list of games, you hit the number on the menu and the corresponding game starts. upon exit it loops back to the menu. I made this as commands in dos were long and if your games were in different folders it became a mission to access them.

I started in scrach when it was new and from there I shot off into python and I see that scrach has helped me learn the way loops and various other things work
