What programming languages should I learn to build apps and publish them to the App Store? ThANK YOU!

Objective C or Swift are used in publishing native iOS apps.While python,javascript are used for web apps. React Native can also be used in making native iOS apps

if you have web programming knowledge you could use multi-platform development either using React Native (if you have React knowledge) or just using flutter which is really easy to learn because its Dart language is very similar to most popular languages. Also you would only have to learn one language to make applications for android and ios.

Java and C# are pretty useful for that, but there's also Django that is easier to learn, imo.
