Devil King oh okay, so in that case why don't you first complete the course and starts making small small projects first.
Later you can always built something like you have link above or much better things.

You can use the style tags i.e <style> </style> , if it is an external css, use <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="name of css file">
