What can I do with canvas?which source I should prefer for js inorder to use canvas in a better way?

It was written in sololearn lesson that you need to have thorough knowledge of javascript before using it.

As far as I know it is mostly used to code 2D games. There are so many books on pdfdrive html 5 game development or html +js game development.
It will provide you basic to tough level projects in that.
