I am doing my java (OOP) course on coursera site .

Question

I just want to know they provides us BlUEJ compiler . So is there any problem whenever we use another compiler (like NetBeans, Java IDE) to execute similar kind of logic (programme)

BlueJ, NetBeans are not compiler, it is just IDE used as text editor, usually there is one same standard compiler and different IDEs if you want try it
