Python software that runs in pc

Question

Guys I have a windows 7 pc without internet connection and I like to do python on it.can anybody help ?.is there any way to download some software through mobile and then transfer to pc?

Yes, you could install IDLE as an exe file, transfer it to the PC and then launch it, it should work.

But if your PC supports wifi, you could connect it to mobile hotspot and then download it straight from the website.

download the setup file from this link
https://www.python.org/ftp/python/3.8.5/python-3.8.5-amd64.exe

Then move this file to your pc via data cable. Then install the software on your PC and here you done.

You also could share your mobile internet to PC via USB cable or Bluetooth.

Or set your phone up as a hotspot and link your computer to it.
Your phone would then be the modem.
