i felt like this before i found out that youtube has uncountable, free, good quality, beginner to expert level courses, so don't rely on sololearn's courses, i see you're learning C as your first language which is a little difficult, and i think thats why you're feeling like that, you should learn a higher level (easier) language first such as Python or Javascript, javascript would be better as you've taken HTML's course. But if u wanna learn C, no problem, just search on youtube for tutorials.

try to write your opinion on paper and think about how you solve the problem in your mind then you can write a way to display each step to computer!(so write down your solution and make it understandable for computer.)

I think starting with html annd css will be best if you want to be a web developer otherwise you may learn python is best for very beginners as it's syntax is very readable and you should also use "try it yourself" if you can't understand any topic then use search bar in discuss section if you don't get your answer then ask your ques. if you still can't understand then go to youtube search for your specific topic. Besides there are many websites too for learning programming like

Then I ask to my friend then he told learn online I was studying on techgayn and my friend told to study on code with Harry full corse of html and other languages for free
Then I advice to study on YouTube .
