Well, you can start with HTML course. Its really good for beginners and will make you familiar with most of the concepts a beginner should learn.
You can follow the flow below to become a pro in programming.

It will definitely take some time, but if you are dedicated and determined, it will take you far.

If you want to learn from books and by yourself, then go with C++ first.

Well it depends on what you are interested in...
If you are interested in web development, you should start with HTML.
If you are interested in something else, like software development, you should probably start with Python. After learning Python, you can decide do you want to stick with Python, or move on to something else...
