can I save somebody's code privately?

I want learn by seeing somebody's code. Please anybody answer me

You can learn, but ANYTHING you use from that code you need to give credit. If you use an idea that you thought of because of that code, give credit. If your not going to take the time and show appreciation for the peraon who wrote it, either dont save the code, or write it yourself from scratch.
