Get MAC address of all devices connected to home network

Question

I am looking to get a list of all connected devices’ MAC address so I can receive a text message when my housemate returns gone when I’m not in the house.

I can use Twilio for the text message, cron on a raspberry pie to automate the task. I just need to establish how to get all MAC addresses connected to our home network.

If you are admin of the router you use at home device you can login and see established connections

I believe youre asking about "arp" tables. This will return a list of devices, their IP address and their respective MAC address
