I have learnt coding in java, C++, python but I don't know how to download php and html on my pc.

Please how can I do so.

Depend on your os.Download from php.net you can choose your platform version .It is now php 7.4.9 i think.But you have to download apache server and mysql to work with databases.Firstly google for xampp server if you are in windows/lampp if you use linux based system.When you download this server you can then using php .
For html you have not to download anything.simple code editor and a web browser .

You don't have to download HTML, HTML is a client side script, you just need a navigator to read your HTML code. You must use text editor like sublim text or notepadd ++

For PHP, you Can download Wamp or Xamp, and you can learn how to use on the net, it's pretty easy to use.
