Which Image Processing Library you use for image processing?

I learnt using Aforge Image processing for motion detection algorithms in C#. What are libraries are named in different languages you work on?

OpenCV c++ / java
I don't work on it, I only used it once for a project involving face detection and a failed attempt to face recognition.
