can Java do animations like JS or HTML?. Or can we change the background colour of Java consol??

I hava always seen js and html for amazing animations and cool programs in sololearn. But I never ever seen any background colour or any animations in Java , python or any other languages which people says these are very powerful langs and used for everything .
But why I have never seen any cool and awesome Java or python code on sololearn for animations?????????????????????

With GUI libraries like JavaFX or Swing, yes. Sadly, GUI libraries for non web codes do not work in Code Playground.

Hatsy Rei ,so where I could run those Libraries . It means sololearn can't run Java animations??
