Why I don't get BTS Certificate ?

Yesterday, I completed BTS Challenge.. I also got BTS Badge... But I don't get certificate... Why??

When I tapped on your profile , there is written 1 certificate and when clicked that also it's showing BTS certificate , so don't worry u have got your certificate.
