(NOT CODING) Me and my friend were making a website but he can't!

I'm really confused on what to do! Should I take over? Should I stop? I've already made a lot of webpages with lots of code. I'M IN THE FOURTH GRADE!

I recommend you keep doing that. Even you can't finish it by yourself then you can learn a lot of thing during that time.
